Join us Thursday, June 20, for breakfast and an experience-driven discussion and workshop on why strategic plans matter for communications professionals.
In this interactive session, our panel of senior practitioners will discuss the importance of a strategic plan, consider the benefits and potential pitfalls of a plan (or lack of a plan), and have a Q&A session.
Participants will then break into groups to discuss and develop tactics for a strategic plan. We’ll examine the results, and finish with a lightning round where you can share one thing you ALWAYS do in your PR work.
