Artificial intelligence, data analytics are focus of annual event

Join PR and communications practitioners from around the region for an afternoon of informative and interactive presentations at PRSA – Capital Region’s annual Digital Summit, from noon to 4:30 p.m. on Friday. Oct. 20, at The College of Saint Rose in Albany.

This year’s summit will dive into data analytics in “The Power of Analytics: Elevating Your Value and Your Profession,” presented by Sondra Whalen, APR, Director of Student Programs and Communications at Vernon Verona Sherrill Central School District in Verona, N.Y.

The summit will also include an overview of artificial intelligence as well as a panel discussion featuring local experts and practitioners who will share insights on the practical applications and ethical implications of AI.

In addition, the Digital Summit will include a presentation on the use of AI in design, as well as time for networking and discussion.

Admission is $25 for PRSA members; $40 for nonmembers and free for students. A box lunch is included.

PRSA – Capital Region’s Digital Summit will take place at The College of Saint Rose, 1009 Madison Ave., Carondelet Symposium, 3rd Floor of the Lally School of Education in Albany.
