Like most events this year, the 2020 Digital Media Summit is going, well…digital! In light of the ongoing pandemic, PRSA Capital Region will present a series of three, hour-long virtual sessions in lieu of our usual in-person summit. Mark your calendars for:

  With the growth of digital and social media, a storytelling approach to branding is critical. Stories are inherently social and social media is all about building relationships. In order for your audience to form a personal connection with your brand, your stories must be honest, inspirational and real; connecting with engaging, useful content.   We didn’t need The Social Dilemma to figure out that social media has become more of a minefield than ever.   Today’s new cycle lasts no longer than a heavy sigh. Our harried partners in the media are juggling breaking news, conflicting reports, social media channels and more.
