Speakers
Dr. Disha Mookherjee, MD, FACC, is a cardiologist at Saratoga Hospital and a member of the Saratoga Hospital Medical Group – Cardiology. She is board-certified in Internal Medicine with a subspecialty certification in Cardiology. Dr. Mookherjee is also the founder of The Path to Meditation Mastery; a Chopra Center Certified Primordial Sound Meditation Teacher; and has a Heart Math Certification in Stress, Anxiety and Emotional Management. She is a board member of the Capital Region American Heart Association. She is from Syracuse. She, her father and sister are all cardiologists.
Karen Nerney, Program Manager at Capital Region Boces, has spent more than two decades honing her boundary-setting skills and is passionate about sharing her knowledge with others. In her role, Karen supports a team of PR professionals serving school districts throughout New York state. She uses her skills as a relationship strategist to help her staff navigate challenging client demands. Her communications work is recognized by the National School Public Relations Association and the New York School Public Relations Association. Prior to her years in PR, Karen was a writer and editor at weekly and daily newspapers in the Boston area, where she first understood the importance of setting boundaries as an essential part of self-care.
