Announcing Our 2011 Board of Directors
(ALBANY, NY – February 8, 2011) The Capital Region NY Chapter of the Public Relations Society of America today is proud to announce its 2011 Board of Directors, as elected by chapter membership. The board manages and controls the business affairs of the chapter.
The general duties and responsibilities of the board of directors include leading the chapter by anticipating and assessing market and member needs, developing services and programs to meet these needs, establishing chapter objectives and formulating chapter policy to meet these objectives and ensuring that the business and affairs of the chapter are conducted in accordance with chapter and national bylaws and in the best interest of the members.
